These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thelistingacademy.com (the "Site") and enrollment in any program offered by The Listing Academy, the agent success coaching platform of Married To Greatness ("The Listing Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The Listing Academy provides coaching, training, mastermind, and community programs for real estate agents, including LA Foundations, LA Mastery, LA Elite, and our Bi-Weekly Mastermind and Role Play sessions. The Listing Academy is open to agents at any brokerage; we are brand blind.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are intended for licensed or aspiring real estate professionals who are at least 18 years old. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Programs, Enrollment & Payment

Program details, format, and pricing are discussed on your discovery call and confirmed in your enrollment agreement or invoice at the time of purchase. Payment terms, any payment plans, and refund eligibility (if applicable) will be set out at the point of enrollment.

4. Our Guarantee

The Listing Academy Foundations guarantee is as stated on our Site: if you show up, stay consistent, and complete your weekly actions, and you do not land at least one listing appointment by the end of the 8-week program, we will provide a free 30-minute strategy session. This guarantee is contingent on active participation and does not constitute a refund policy.

5. No Guarantee of Income or Results

Real estate results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, individual effort, and local regulations. We do not guarantee specific income, listing, or sales outcomes from participation in our programs, except as expressly stated in Section 4 above.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, resell or redistribute our program materials without permission, misrepresent your identity or brokerage affiliation, or use the Site or programs for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs — including scripts, systems, videos, e-books, and branding — is the property of The Listing Academy / Married To Greatness and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a program participant. It may not be copied, distributed, or used to create competing products without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools, including Calendly for scheduling, Google Forms for resource requests, and a CRM/marketing platform for enrollment and communications. Your use of those tools is also subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Listing Academy and Married To Greatness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Listing Academy is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
